Winners to be celebrated at Gala Banquet on 14 October in Barcelona, Spain

Prophix was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie ® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Hardware, Software, & Services category in the 10 th Annual International Business Awards today.

The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. All individuals and organizations worldwide – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small – are eligible to submit nominations. The 2013 IBAs received entries from more than 50 nations and territories.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala awards banquet at the W Hotel in Barcelona, Spain on 14 October.

More than 3,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Most Innovative Company of the Year, Management Team of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, and Executive of the Year, among others. Prophix won in the Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Hardware, Software, & Services category for the development and introduction of Net Promoter Score (NPS) to measure customer loyalty and experience.

Prophix introduced Net Promoter Score (or NPS), in addition to customer satisfaction surveys, to measure a customer’s willingness to recommend Prophix to others. In 2012, Prophix’s Net Promoter Score was 76, indicating that customers are generally very happy with services. “We’re pleased to have been recognized in this category and will continue to strive hard to deliver the best customer experience,” said Paul Barber, President and CEO of Prophix Software.

Stevie Award winners were selected by more than 250 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process this year.
