Recognized two years in a row as an outstanding private-sector employer

Prophix Software, a global leader in developing Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software, is proud to announce it has been selected as one of Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employers for 2017.  The accolade recognizes outstanding small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that offer the nation’s best workplaces in the private sector with under 500 employees.  This is the second consecutive year Prophix has been awarded this honor.

Now entering its 4^th year, Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers is an editorial competition that recognizes the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that offer the nation’s best workplaces and forward-thinking human resources policies. Canada’s SME sector is tremendously important to the nation and is responsible for:

• Over half of the nation’s gross domestic product
• Almost 90% of the private-sector labour force
• Over three-quarters of the new jobs created in the past decade

Employers are evaluated on the same eight criteria as the larger Canada’s Top 100 Employers program: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere & Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement.
