Prophix Recognizes Exceptional Customers and Partners at Virtual Summit

Prophix community gathers virtually to celebrate innovative approaches to finance

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO – Prophix Software, a global leader in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software, announced the winners of Prophix’s customer and partner awards at their Virtual Summit on September 15 to an audience of over 900 attendees.

Prophix acknowledged the winning organizations for their innovative use of CPM software to automate their financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting, resulting in integrated financial plans. Each organization effectively leveraged Prophix to “focus forward,” improving operational planning and strategic decision-making.

Awards included:

Red Carpet Customer of the Year – Rob Perry, Financial Systems Analyst, Onsite Holding Corp.

Red Carpet is an online hub for Prophix customers, partners, and employees to learn about product functions and features, connect and network, and earn rewards. For his extensive contributions to the discussion forum, as well as completing online reviews and a wide variety of activities, Rob Perry of Onsite Holding Corp. was named the Red Carpet Customer of the Year.

New Customer of the Year – Lya Abad, Controller, and Brendan Perrin, VP Finance and Strategic Planning, Miami Heat Limited Partnership

The Miami Heat implemented Prophix this past year, and it has quickly become a valuable part of their business. As New Customer of the Year, Miami Heat is eager to expand on its use of Prophix.

Most Innovative Customer of the Year – Vivienne Lee, Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Business Analytics, Moneris Solutions Corporation

After a successful rollout of financial planning and reporting, the Moneris team took on the challenge of building out a complex revenue planning process in Prophix this past year. This unique model accommodates planning for their diverse lines of business, earning Moneris the Most Innovative Customer of the Year award.

Customer of the Year – Jenny Balmes, Financial Reporting Manager, ChanceLight Inc.

ChanceLight Inc. has come a long way from its original project kickoff with Prophix in March 2009. Recently, ChanceLight Inc. migrated to Prophix Cloud and has once again demonstrated that they’re a true business partner and pillar in the Prophix community.

International Customer of the Year – Alina Focks, Team Lead Controlling, and Joachim Korte, Chief Financial Officer, Köster GmbH

Köster GmbH, a German construction company, is the leading contractor for business and residential buildings. Köster had a tight timeline for their implementation, and the team worked hard to reach their goals in a short time. As International Customer of the Year, the Prophix team enjoyed working with Köster GmbH, who had a clear project scope and knowledgeable leadership team.

Partner of the Year – Emergence Corp Limited

Emergence, a technology services firm that specializes in business applications and cloud solutions, has been a Prophix partner since 2013. Together, Prophix and Emergence have expanded from Bermuda to other Caribbean islands. In 2019, Emergence added several new customers, including their first Prophix Cloud migration. As Partner of the Year, Prophix wanted to recognize the Emergence team’s fantastic relationship with their clients.

International Partner of the Year – Accobat

Accobat is a leading Corporate Performance Management (CPM) implementation partner and offers several innovative solutions for companies in various industries. As International Partner of the Year, Accobat, a long-standing partner of Prophix, clearly demonstrated their exceptional ability to sell and implement Prophix Cloud for new customers.
