Paul Barber is the CEO of Prophix Software. He is a graduate of Cambridge University, with an MA in Mathematics, and holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Paul has worked in the software industry for over thirty years in such areas as Decision Support Systems, Executive Information Systems, Business Intelligence, and Corporate Performance Management. His functional experience includes sales, marketing, professional services, and general management.

In recent years, Paul led Prophix Software’s metamorphosis from software distributor to developer of world class Corporate Performance Management solutions.

Bob Walker
Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Bob Walker ensures that all customers and partners have consistently positive experiences with Prophix’s products. As a result, he is the ultimate point of escalation for product quality and reliability.

To create products that customers and prospective customers truly want to use, Bob inspires a dynamic team of developers to build a ‘rock solid’ technology infrastructure underpinning products that effectively balance ease-of-use and depth of functionality.

Alok Ajmera
Chief Operating Officer

As Prophix’s COO, Alok is responsible for ensuring that every customer, prospective customer, partner, and employee around the globe has a memorable and positive experience with the company and its products. He unites a team of senior executives spanning Customer Service, Global Sales, and Marketing – inspiring and propelling them to achieve greatness that exceeds all expectations.

Recognized as a visionary within the Corporate Performance Management industry, Alok shares his insights with business analysts, media, and opinion leaders across North America, South America, and Europe.

Jens Bille
VP, International Channels

Jens Bille has worked in the software consulting business for 20 years holding various international management positions. For the past 5 years, Jens has led Prophix’s expansion into Europe. During the first 3 years of this time he worked as an exclusive Prophix distributor in Scandinavia, successfully building a channel of certified Prophix partners. Over the past two years, Jens has worked in Copenhagen as the Managing Director of Prophix Europe, overseeing the company’s expansion into other European countries. Jens has signed and implemented solutions for some of Prophix’s largest accounts and helped to on board partners in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Iceland, and Germany.

Michael Tindal
VP, Marketing

As Prophix’s VP, Marketing, Michael Tindal ensures that all customers, prospective customers, partners, analysts, and members of the media have an accurate understanding of the unique value that Prophix brings to them.

To that end, Mike leads a team that facilitates engagement with all of Prophix’s targeted audiences and thriving communities – capturing their insights and igniting compelling conversations. In so doing, Mike keeps Prophix and its products ahead of competitors and ensures that they are always relevant and relatable.

Ken Lavoie
SVP, Sales

As Prophix’s VP, Sales (US), Ken Lavoie oversees a team of business development professionals who identify ways to address the business challenges of prospective customers across the United States.

Ken applies a true ‘Customer First’ approach by ensuring that solutions effectively meet the short- and long-term goals of ambitious Finance professionals.

Geoffrey Ng
SVP, Product & Technology

As SVP, Product & Technology, Geoff serves as ‘the voice’ for customers and prospective customers who need a Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solution to address their business challenges. To that end, he leads a team that gathers customers’ and prospective customers’ evolving business and product needs and synthesizes them into coherent product roadmaps. Geoff is also the product visionary who ensures that Prophix’s products are always relevant, practical, and distinctive.

At the same time, Geoff works with a growing community of channel partners around the globe – providing key product insights to help them implement and support Prophix’s CPM software. Geoff also serves as a subject matter expert on the topics of CPM and product innovation for media and industry analysts.

Neal Khan
VP, Professional and Client Services

As Prophix’s VP, Professional and Client Services, Neal Khan cultivates strong and long-lasting customer and partner relationships. To that end, he oversees Prophix’s rigorous product implementations and customer satisfaction programs. As such he is responsible for the success of every new and long-time customer across North America.

Neal leads a growing team of project managers, implementation consultants, and customer experience professionals – inspiring and empowering them to hone their business, technical, financial, and management skills.

Daniel Mason
Managing Director, Prophix UK

With over 20 years sales and marketing experience, Daniel started in Corporate Performance Management over 10 years ago working for a niche vendor (Frango) focused on Group Financial Consolidations, Planning, and Reporting. Here Daniel was instrumental in helping the organisation win many new clients, contributing to them acquiring over 20% of the FTSE 100 as direct customers. This success in the market led to their acquisition by Cognos Inc. and then ultimately by IBM. During this time, Daniel focused on the Business Analytics division of IBM’s UK business and was involved in many new customer wins, specifically driving the IBM Cognos success in the Retail, CPG, and Hospitality sectors within the UK & Ireland. Working directly with both finance and operational teams within medium to large enterprises, Daniel has been focused on helping businesses address their Corporate Performance Management challenges.

Ryan Van Hatten
VP, Operations

As Prophix’s VP, Operations, Ryan van Hatten leads a team of professionals who are tasked with optimizing how the Sales and Marketing teams engage with prospective customers. At the same time, he aligns business development processes across Prophix’s seven international offices and throughout Prophix’s expanding network of channel partners. Ryan also works with Prophix’s implementation team to hone processes that directly impact existing customers.

Ryan, whose responsibilities have expanded steadily over his 10+ years with Prophix, embodies the company’s core values. As such, he leads several initiatives aimed at ensuring that the corporate culture is evolving in ways that make Prophix a fun, dynamic, and compelling place to work.

Anita McArter
VP, Channels and Alliances

Anita leads the Prophix North American Channels and Alliances program, where she manages the go to market strategy for the Prophix partner network. Her previous position, Director, Microsoft Alliances, saw her develop and foster Prophix’s strategic relationship with Microsoft’s SQL Server, SharePoint, and Dynamics divisions. Anita has more than 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industries. She boasts a proven track record in building and transitioning start-ups, forming strategic partnerships, leading sales management, and making complex sales to multi-national Fortune 1000 accounts. Prior to joining Prophix in 2009, Anita spent a number of years in senior roles with Toronto Hydro Telecom, Hyperion, and Oracle, achieving recognition as a top performer.
